Ton up on the pigeons

Me and a mate had a look out on the last of our stubble fields today to shoot the last few pigeons that the farmer said he had seen. When we got there at 9:00 this morning there were about a dozen or so ferals perched up in the far trees so we set up on the other side with our backs to the railway lines. As soon as we set up the pigeons were straight over and into the pattern. This seemed to last for the next 5 hours that we were there. Im not one for pigeon shooting as Im a **** shot with shotgun  but suprisingly I shot the most today ending up with 98 pigeons picked and a crow, so back in the hide it was to get another 2 so we could make it a nice even 100  within 5 minuites 3 more pigeons were down all missed by my mate but nicely shot by me. Ended out a good day with a very suprised farmer as he didnt think there were that many left. :good:
