pavman
I love it. Fried with the full monty breakie. Pure dirty meaty satisfaction (and not in the traditional Herts / Suffolk sense of it all). Mung...... You intrigue me, I understand your dislike of anything Suffolk and that it stems from a childhood visit to a catholic church summer camp in Bungay (with Bungay and Camp being central to the experience)or was it a Black Pudding :o However what have the good folk in Hearts done to warrant your public displeasure, this could put them on the Map Edited November 16, 2011 by pavman
timps
Are you going to bring any to the next? If so, put me down for some please. Let me know how much Yep I should be, like last time I will give them to the charity of the day (but I don't like to talk about it )so just put a couple of quid in the pot. If there is enough interest I will do a thread like the first shoot closer the date.
Kes
Since I'm not too far away, I'd vote for Bury black puddings. However, I was in Ellesmere (Shropshire) yesterday and bought some pork sausage with black pudding and leek. The seasoning was wonderful and grilled they were the best ! Next best is Bury black puds barbecued with olive oil (slowly or they fall to pieces). I also bought an apple and raspberry lattice tart from the same shop - exctasy. Zapp
I've got a Bury market airstrike inbound courtesy of a very nice man. Soon we shall see if they are as good as everyone makes out

If you take the meat from the skins and then make scotch eggs with it, they taste scrummy, (hairy bikers recipe)
