TaxiDriver
With no MOT is could be a scrapper if the chassis is too far gone. If it needs any outrigggers then they can be done relatively easily. If it's work to the main rails be a little more cautious, check ontop the chassis rails particularly above the axles and under the rear body tub. From memory, rear crossmember, front dumb irons can all be bought. Get him to put it in for an MOT and see what the tester reveals ? Does it start, run, drive ? £350 - £500 for an opening gambit Did it fail MOT and then get stood up ? Or maybe broke down, got stood up and then MOT expired ? WelshLamb
Agree with what he said ^ ^ . Crawl underneath it and bash away with a screw driver and find the rotten bits (Bulkhead/dumb irons/rear chassis rails/outriggers) Does it run? RED BEARD
what they said,if you want it to back on the road then bung it in for an MOT,that way you'll know exactly what it needs (and also roughly what it'll cost to get it back on the road),if you don't have could you give me his contact number as i'd be interested in buying it .
