FOXHUNTER1
Me and Ratcherman had a look out lamping last night on one of my permissions where the farmer starts lambing in 2 weeks. I lamped a fox about 300 yards away across a newly ploughed field. I started calling with my hand but it didnt seem interested. Then I lamped it crossing the stubble trying to get round us , Ratcherman was set up on sticks and I gave it a shout to stop it. His .22/250 delivered a 55 grain pill and that was one vulpine the farmer hasnt got to worry about. On inspection of the carcase it was hard to believe that it had been shot , not a mark on it !
