steve_b_wales
If you notice, when he shows the NiteSite, he has left the protective plastic film on the lens. You can tell by the little 'tag' on the right of the monitor (at approx 44 seconds into the recording) It should have been taken off, but at least it did'nt affect his shooting. bullet boy
A good video but I personally don't like that glare of the viewer back into your face!
mick miller
A 99p bit of 20% car window tint sorts that out a treat. To be honest, I've had no quarry spooking due to the reflected light, I always wear a lightweight face veil even at night to stop my white skin showing up. Good job we're not all like that or it would be a waste of time having a forum at all.

Ummm, I left mine on too. I thought perhaps it would offer a little extra protection from scratches and grime. Does it make much of a difference (I haven't noticed any). Good job we're not all like that or it would be a waste of time having a forum at all. well, those that have seen my old posts on electric pidgeon peckers, will know I don't mind telling, not on pat, but after seeing his set up it rekindled my interest in night vision, Im currently working on some items that can cheaply be bought from evil bay, and if it works, should cost less than £100 to put together, I should be there in a few weeks, and if it works, I'll certainly post a step-by-step video, links, prices etc and no, I wont start selling ready made set ups for £350 plus
