Beardo
Now this is my kind of cupcake! Put a slice of ham into a paper cupcake holder in a cupcake tin. Break an egg into the center and bake until the egg is done.
Thunderbird
Mmmmmmmmmmm I've seen that done, and topped with cheese too - forgot till I saw this. Place it all on top of a thick slice of Stornaway black pud....

FalconFN
That's like croque madame. Put slices of buttered bread in muffin tin, put in some ham, break an egg on top, cover with bechamel sauce and then sprinkle with cheese - bake for 10 mins and eat. Bloody lovely. JBS
Much better with smoked bacon and no paper case, just wrap bacon around muffin tin and cook until crispy then add the egg and cook untill the egg is how you like it. The crispy bacon holds the shape when removed from tin
