Started as a Pork roast, was then cured in a dry brine for 8 days and then smoked and flavoured in ...you guessed it....the smoker Just had a bacon sandwich for lunch and it is wonderful Home grown and home made bacon Fresh tomatoes and lettuce from the garden Lovely NTTF Pavman, Yes Trix has been going through the links getting info.
