It is now a chunk of bacon mate. ;) Started as a Pork roast, was then cured in a dry brine for 8 days and then smoked and flavoured in ...you guessed it....the smoker :)

 

Just had a bacon sandwich for lunch and it is wonderful :lol:??????

 

 

Home grown and home made bacon

Fresh tomatoes and lettuce from the garden
