norfolk dumpling
Fantastic day out and what looked like a big crowd BUT 4 quid for a pint of warm beer!!! I'm used to paying £2.50 for a very good pint in Bungay G/dragon.
ayano3
Good day out...miles of traffic, Mrs who only wants to go to craft tents and hamster shows, signs pointing to gundog area actually took you to the clays. No phone signal, never see a programme or site may anywhere. Food and drinks the usual high prices, not sure I even found some of the trade stands....but still a good day out. Big Mat
I didnt think there were many trade stands there! There were some programs down by the entrance where the tractor display was. As for traffic, i'm glad i'm a local don't think we got stuck in a single bit of traffic, but the route was a few miles longer.

norfolk dumpling
No traffic problems coming from Hillington direction but we were fairly early - wife packed a picnic knowing what food would cost. Thought fair overall good in terms of mix of events and stands but 4 quid for a pint really p....s me off - a big profit on a hot day for them. Barmaids were fit however. Yoggy
Traffic was a nightmare..... Took us 3 hrs to do what should have took 50 minutes!!. Graham, same as you mate....Phone signal was tempremental. Did manage to pick a few things up......food and drink were horrendous prices....as expected, took picnic. But overall a decent fair. Wish I`d have took shotgun certificate though spotted a few boxes of steel cartridges half price!!!.
ayano3
...and a lesson to be learned is leave the wife at home.....I visited the Hamsters, Rabbits etc and when she asked did I want to see the pigeons...my reply was YES, but looking down my barrels...and if i wasnt waiting for 'her who needs to be obeyed' I would have missed half of the traffic and been there before the gates opened. But its still a nice day out.
