My mate has one and does motor way miles mostly it has 15000 miles on it now and he has so far put in about 3-4 litres of oil in it so far is this normal? al4x Posted September 5, 2012 Report Share Posted September 5, 2012 From experience some of this comes down to how they are driven from new, I had a lease merc sprinter many years ago from new that I drove like I'd stolen it generally, that used bucket loads of oil we're talking 10-15 litres between services and never changed its consumption over 200K Others driven by slightly more considerate drivers hardly used any.
