rimfire4969
Sorry i know this has been done to death. We are getting quoted straight from the farm £240.00 ton, waiting for a couple more farms to get back to us but hell thats a lot.
shakin stevens
most of it is only good for animal feed this year as well, but £240 is the going rate.
scolopax
I thought the £ 195 we got ours at was expensive, especially as I know he had sold some at a lot less on contract. My cheap little game shoot has got very expensive this year !
al4x
the only cheaper stuff will be if you can find someone with a milling contract who is dressing out the small grains, at times like this its very good our syndicate has the farmer well involved so the wheat just appears when the feed bin is empty

bodach
Up here we paid £265 a tonne for wheat and that was off the farmer! We will be making sure the deer are not helping themselves buy fencing off the feeders. Its got so expencive that we even cut down our quantity this year from 10 tonne to 8 tonne for 1,000 phessies. al4x
£200 is about the going rate for feed wheat at the moment, £265 indicates you were being ripped off somewhat.
