peejay
i too like to see them and rarely take any as i cant eat them, , but on one of my permissions the owner insists i get rid of them, as they encourage dog men at night leaving gates open etc.. dave1979
straight away....blame the dog men!!!!
al4x
wonder why that is......... we leave them but you always see the tyre marks on the drilling where the do as you likeys have been out looking for them with their dawgs. We've had one lot so far just fingers crossed it stays wet and they can't get about.
dave1979
so you rifle men who seem to think your a superior species dont drive around in your 4x4s then do you not??
al4x
not straight across the middle of freshly drilled fields, the one big difference is the matter of permission to be there and shoot. The dawg men round here don't ask, and go on hares and deer its poaching whichever way you look at it.
SPARKIE
Not all dog men are bad its The do as ya likey dog men what ever you want to call them. They are worse than rifle men. I have permission they dont. I have a 4x4 but only drive it on stubble and lanes when I know when fields have not been sown they dont. ive seen them walking accross fields over 4 different farms spread accross the fresh sown wheat 5 a breast spread out with 8-10 dogs sweeping the fields for hares in daylight and when the farmer has loose running terriers at the farm and they just appear you feel for the poor farmer and his livestock. Archie-fox
so you rifle men who seem to think your a superior species dont drive around in your 4x4s then do you not?? little bit aggresive arnt we?? and im a rifle man as you put it but as said all ready i have written permission, 90% of the local "traveling dog men" dont and as said just do what they want and try to threaten land owners if they get in there way...
