sitsinhedges Posted October 15, 2012 Report Share Posted October 15, 2012 From what material? You might cut a nitro or overshot card but I can't see cutting 16 or 20mm long fibre wads working. The factory made ones are still quite compressible when first used which gives some tolerance to shot columns and recipes, can't see that being the case with home made ones hammered out with brute force.
