jam1e
Hi folks, I was wondering if anyone out there has a Lee hand loader? Are they any worse or better than the single bench press? I'm thinking of getting a hand primer and a hand loader. The hand loader mainly for neck sizing and depriming. And depending on how well it works, maybe bullet seating? Cheers Jamie Just to add, i'd be interested if someone had one to sell.... moor man
Hi, I have one and use it for case prep whilst watching telly or on nights. You dont have the leverage of a bench press but then I dont need it. Very handy if your away with the gun and need to knock up a few rounds quickly, or have it as your main reloading system for stalking. Not for sale btw. Have you considered the Lee classic loader? (even more compact) Always wanted one, just not needed it.... http://www.ebay.com/...=item53f101530d cheers moor man
matone
+1 for the Lee Classic loader.Simple but very effective and all that most people would really need !
Amazed
I use mine for putting the crimp on as its got a bit more feel to it. Not keen on sizing cases with it tho not good on the wrists after a while.
jam1e
Cheers fellas. I know the Lee classic loader works well enough, I just don't like the idea and prefer the Lee hand loader.
houlsby
I have the hand loader and don't find it hard. Preps well and deprimes fine. Think there only £40 too.

Livefast123
I use the Lee Classic Loader in .223, can't fault it and once you have got used to it then you can probably make a round every 35 - 40 seconds. A real hill billy loading experience that you can take anywhere and you literally can make rounds anywhere. I take mine to the range just incase I fancy shooting some more
