coneyhunter
Been after one of these for years, found one the other week on Gunstar for £30, never seen another in GB.....
fieldwanderer
Well before my time I'd say, looks pretty time consuming!
njc110381
I've used the rifle version of these to make ammo and they're very good. Currently looking for a .410 version to load for my Hushpower. It's not a tool you'd want to make thousands of rounds on but at the same time look how much space it takes up - far better than a huge press of you're only making a few
jamesneale89
im after one of these! been looking for ages better than a press if only loading 50 or so goose carts for a season
welshwarrior
I take it you need scales to weigh the powder??

Underdog
I bought a standard version like yours last year from a member on here and do use it. I then copied and made one for 20g and use it. I don't have access to a lathe any more . I too need a .410 version. U.
njc110381
If you have the capability to throw me together some drawings to work to I have a lathe - I'd give it a go and if it works I could make you one too.
Wharf Rat
I think that only the sizing die would need to be made on a lathe. A length of bar could be used for the primer punch, primer seating tube etc. RTOs for .410 are easy to purchase. I have been thinking about making some tools myself. Hi, you do!!! I found a web site that gave 20g chamber dims (I was surprised about the taper) but turned it short so a steep taper would turn the petals in. A hollowed rod then bears down on the half closed petals to close them. A wide portion for the hand to bare on is good here. The closed cartridge needs to enter the chamber enough to compress any swollen metal heads. I use a soft mallet to tap the unit that has no rim rebate to minimalise any swollen rims. A simple decapping rod is easy to fab. I will go take some snaps. U.

Vince Green
Does anybody else remember the Tayside Reloader?
Floating Chamber
Does anybody else remember the Tayside Reloader? Yup! I was given some bits of one....little aluminium handle-less scoops marked 27/80 or something like that! Have them about somewhere.
jamesneale89
may sound cheeky but you fancy selling it if your not going to use it?
