Dead-Eyed Duck
Does anybody in the North West have a Starlight Archer that I can have a look at? I just want to have a look before I make my mind up whether to buy. Distance no problem. Don

al4x
Likewise if you were closer you could have a look through mine, NV is however moving fast so its best to do your homework. I'd quite like a look at this if I was in the market for NV at the moment, Archers are pricey whether the competition will catch up I don't know. http://www.scottcountry.co.uk/products-Pulsar-Forward-DFA75-Front-Mounted-Digital-Night-Vision-Day-Scope-Attachment-5139.htm If you ever travel down this way I have one you could look at, though really you need a fox about to show just how good they are

barrelsniffer
Don if your gonna spend 1700 add a wee bit more and get a pvs14 the archers in my eyes are only gen2+ no where near as good as the PVS.
Medic1281
I have to agree with barrel sniffer, the pvs is a superb bit of kit, IF your able to source one for around 2k then it's definitely worth the extra over a new archer.
