Elk hunter
Ok it seems that someone does not like what I do. I do not need to justify what I do as I'm very well qualified in my field of work.

the pelt man
I've not done this day but level 1 isn't practical in terms of performing a gralloch you only see pictures, so being talked through each stage under a park situation is ideal. The facilities are usually pretty good so you get to gralloch, inspect the various organs and nodes etc and then get the deer into the chiller in a state that can go to a dealer all under expert supervision. This takes it one step further and goes into butchery as well so basically for a beginner it builds confidence in doing the shooting to getting the deer into the freezer Its a shame you never got this with your level 1, Myself and Catcherpelt done our level 1 ten years ago and they culled a Fallow the first morning and brought it back. They showed us the Gralloch and all the nodes, on the guts, broncial even under the tounge. Bagged and tagged the pluck. Got the Deer ready for the game dealer. saying all this, i think this is a great deal and if i hadn't the experiance i have would be well up for giving this a go. Well done Andrew PELTY
