Weirauch scope mounts

The three holes are to accomodate the rear mount arrestor pin ,this is usually a grub screw which is located in the bottom half of the rear mount .The reason for three holes is to allow for different lengths/types of scope.

As shinybum says any mounts with an arrestor pin will be fine and are highly recommended if its going on a springer.

I'm not sure about Weihrauch mounts but they did have their own range of scopes ,these are now as rare as rocking horse poo and incredibly sought after.

My HW77 is fitted with Weirauch scope mounts that incorporate the pin as described. The mounts and scope (tasco )where bought when we bought the gun. Given that the gun was a 14th birthday present, i can accurately date that as 24 years ago! wonder if my mounts are rare as rocking horse poo like the scopes?

Yep they certainly are bud, find an original Weihrauch scope to make the set and then name your price .

Joking aside mate collectors go overboard for original vintage Weihrauch equipment.
