scolopax
Do you buy one, either as an individual or as part of your club membership ? I was going to put this up as Poll but it does seem to want to work for me. I used to get one via the club but they dropped out the scheme about 6 years ago so I buy one as an individual every year. I have also bought one or two the prints. There are some prints now on the WHT webpage going for only £20, got to be a bargain and supporting a very good cause. http://www.wht.org.uk/?page_id=
silver pigeon 3
I get one as part of the club membership, money well spent in my opinion
shakin stevens
Yep we get one every year with Fenland wildfowling club, have them all on a notice board in my spare room. believe you have to buy one in some clubs to get a day permit. Reabrook
I usually end the season with several sticking some in my Gamebook and others I keep in my box of Wildfowling paraphernalia Some come with Club Membership and others as Shakin says above from buying Day Tickets where also buying a WHT stamp is compulsory. I never object to buying them it's a good cause and one from which one of my Clubs has benefitted

Spaniel
As mentioned above i get one as part of my club membership, i just never know what to do with them My dad use to buy me first edition stamps as a kid, so i have hundreds of them, but i dont do anything with them But I think I will now start sticking them in my Game Book each season like Reabrook mentioned, seems a good ideal
Donkey
I used to buy Them off my own back but now get theme with club membership Good cause and they have been a fiver since they started they should have gone up in price by now
scolopax
Problem is I think that less and less folk are buying them. My club was a classic example. Part of subscription from day one, maybe 80 stamps a season, then one year due to another BASC membership increase they voted to not buy stamps as a club and use money to keep the club subs the same for that year. The argument was that if you wanted to support the scheme you could always continue to buy a stamp as an individual. I bet less that 10% do and I bet mine was not the only club to follow this route. So from a great start I think that the WHT duck stamp scheme has lost a lot of steam.

scolopax
WHT Wildlife Habitat Trust, set up by BASC to raise funds so low interest loans could be given for land purchase by wildfowling/ shooting clubs.

Yoggy
Our club used to have them as part of the membership. But as already stated when BASC fees went up the club voted to stop buying them.
