Cranfield
Depending how far away the flight lines are and if you have a crop in your fields the birds are interested in, then you can pull them in with decoys. Its not always possible to set up right on a flight line, in fact it doesn't happen that much. The more movement in your pattern, the better the chances of them seeing it. Fox1988
Hi there I'm also havering the same problem at the moment. I have just started to get some of them to come over but it's been really painful I nearly gave up the other week on it but I've gone from 2 pigeons to 5 then 10 and more hopefully will start to come in. Can any 1 suggest some good patterns to use I'm a newish shooter as well so any tips would be most appreciated. Thanks
JDog
It's not really the patterns it's the field they want to be in. You can fiddle about with patterns to your heart's content but if they want to feed elsewhere they will.

Marcusfisher123
You could use a flapper or a magnet near the flight lines to pull them off. Ive had more luck with a flapper but a magnet would do the job.
