David 686
Got a invite to shoot over peas on Wednesday. So up nice and early And couldn't wait to get over the farm. after looking for about an hour and only seeing 2 pigeons. I started to worrie. :-( But my mate made a phone call and off we went. over to luton somewhere ? Over rape. Didn't get to the farm till about 14:00. Anyway we could see pigeons coming in to eat in twos and threes. So I walked them off. And set up ASAP in the middle of the field. the wind was good and strong. After setting up a lovely patten we got in the hide and the first bird was within 30 seconds. BANG first bird dead in the patten ( fantastic ) we finish up atabout 19.30 with 63 pigeons and 1 maggie. Get ready guys the big bird days are coming.
