Frenchieboy
Ok, It's a big ask but are there any leather workers on here that would be able to make me a sheath for a fixed blade knife that I have please. I would be more than willing to pay for all of the materials and for your time and skills. The knife has a 12cm blade from point to tip and is 3cm wide at it's widest point, and the handle is about 14cm long by 3cm deep by 2cm thick. If anyone thinks that they can help me out please PM me with your e-mail address and I will send a few photos of the knife to give you a better idea. I should add that this is my main deer graloching and skinning knife and as such it is always kept razor sharp (Certainly sharp enough to shave with) so safety whilst in the sheath is paramount - I wouldn't want it sliding out of the sheath while walking or anything! I use a leather rifle bolt holster for my knife Frenchieboy, the knife blade measures 13cm long x 2&3/4 cm wide, and is very sharp. I like it because there is a strong studed strap which goes over the blade gaurd to keep it secure, (ment to go over the rifle bolt handle) leather is very thick, has generouse belt loop attachement, it's roomy and has done me for the last 10 years or so. Cost, about £15 but well worth it, Fly.

Frenchieboy
Many thanks for all of your replies guys. I think that I now have things sorted thanks to a very kind offer by IXI KARL IXI who has offered to make one up specifically for my knife.
