karpman
Never done one on a grand vit, sounds reasonable though. Did clutch flywheel on a Toyota rav4 thing other week and had to have engine and gear box out. 440 I'd take it pal let em do it. Proudly
For future reference try calder clutches in yorkshire. They recondition clutches & loads of the offroad lads use them. I had a petrol vitara & a replacement for that was £55 inc next day delivery, really good service & the part was spot on
four-wheel-drive
For future reference try calder clutches in yorkshire. They recondition clutches & loads of the offroad lads use them. I had a petrol vitara & a replacement for that was £55 inc next day delivery, really good service & the part was spot on I just had my clutch replaced as I was having problems with it and it turned out to be a cheep reconditioned clutch that was causing the problem it was replaced with a blue print one for about the same price as Leeds Chimp paid and I cannot believe how nice and smooth it works now against how it was before. So getting cheep parts is not always the best way to go but then if you can do the work yourself perhaps it may be worth taking a risk with cheep parts but if you have got to pay garages to to the work I would stick to brand name parts. Proudly
Like I said mate these clutches are tried & tested by the offroaders who hammer them. Can only speak as I find & only heard good feedback, they might be recon but are well made & they come with a guarantee. I do my own work so save on labour anyway
