Buffalo River Bipods - Yes or No

Thanks, al4x, but yes I do as I'm about waist ish height through the hatch.

Just had a shufti and the answer is,'no'. Compared to the Harris, the swivel action is as rough as - well, yes! Also had a look at the Rock Mount and actually bought one - for about 5 minutes. The swivel action tension is set by a lever which, if you hold the bipod head so that you can rock the swivel action, you will see it steadily slacken off to the fully loose position. Fortunately, I was still in the shop car park so was able to promptly return it - the shop staff I left scratching their heads having tried it and agreed with me.

I bought one and took it back, legs kept shooting out on their own and just wasn't the same quality as the Harris, tried on a22lr and .243 as bad on both

Don't know why, but that made me lol......just in my minds eye, the legs going mental...making loud 'boinging sounds, push one in and the other 'boings' out, perpetual motionesk.

Not far off, bit unnerving when with the legs folded up and one "boings" out as you take a shot :ninja: Ninja quiet it is not

Received my sniper systems bipod this morning and for the cost of a harris bipod i can get 2 of these (different sizes of course) and the build quality is mint , real sturdy and to top it off it has a poblock to tighten up the tilt to fixed in seconds so wymberley i purchased an auction bid on the bay and won the bid at £43.00 with £5.00 postage mega deal

Now to try in the field

wymberley you did ask about them also i would buy one of these again against a buffalo river bipod anyday so there is your answer lol
