Kes Posted June 21, 2013 Report Share Posted June 21, 2013 The only one like it I have seen was a 'garden gun' which fired a small shot shell (shotgun like but metal case) it had a manually liftable block and was a hexagonal barrel. As said the 'falling block and part of the hammer seem to have vanished in a mishap.
