I used the Innokin Itaste - twin coil, variable voltage jobby and like Trigger's broom you can change bits.

The early ones had a strange Nokia type charger but the new ones are the small USB variant.

Decent bit of kit.

The trick is getting the right voltage setting for your vape and the right mixture of liquid. I always started every vape with a menthol liquid and went from there.

Ultimately, low nicotine menthol from TEC with a couple of drops of blue absinth was my brew of choice.

I saw on the news that the Euro lot are trying to ban the e-gear. Big mistake in my view.

Whatever problems may come out of the wood work concerning vaping can't be as bad as smoking.

I use the Volcano kit and the Itazte ecig kit. Available in kits from £47. I use lemon and pineapple flavoured nicotine liquid and is very satisfying. Been on it for 6 months and reduce the nicotine content when I feel. For cheap ecig liquid (30ml bottle) for £4.99 (plus postage) google 'The Best Ecig Shop Alfreton'. They can post for a charge. Loving being able to use it in pubs, restaurants and anywhere else you may find official smoking banned! I will never go back to smoking fags, ever!

I have been using the same for 3 week now after moving over from the Nicolite e-cig.

A great bit of kit IMO.

As for the EU, no extra tax revenue like tobacco perhaps?

I agree, it's a stupid idea to seek a ban.

I use two types at the moment, the smaller vapestick, easy to use as you simply unscrew the mouth piece and replace, I use 1.8% nicotine in vanilla and cherry, yummy

the taller one is a cheap E ciggy from e bay 0% nicotine, just loads of flavours, a bit more messy as you re fill yourself, but have not smoked proper fags for a month, and finding it really easy, and my mrs still smokes

My partners friend works in a co-op pharmacy and she said they're not allowed to promote them as they cause brain tumors.

Don't smoke myself but good look quitting

Where is the evidence for that?!

But the Co-op is happy to sell as much tobacco as it can, where the evidence is conclusive that it does kill you. Funny ol' world.

I think the ones where you fill them yourself are supposed to be much better.

For me they seem to set off my asthma worse than cigarettes do. I need to give it another go for a couple of weeks to see if I get over that hurdle but it's bloody annoying.

I did cold turkey a couple of months back for 4 weeks, first week wasn't too bad but I just started to lost my temper really easily and felt stressed up to my eyeballs. I'm going to stop again but I'm resigned to being depended on nicotine for the rest of my life.

Im on a vapestick from tesco..

refills are a bit pricey at 7.99 for four...So now i just pull the end off it and refill it myself 2.99 for 10 ml...

Not had a real smoke for over 2 weeks now so its all good...

My brother tried the cheap ones but he found they seems to lose their strength quickly and was always changing the cartomisers. I have a vapestick and a VIP e-cig. The e-cig doesn't set off my asthma as bad as the vapestick.

My brother has bought a proper vaporiser which you fill with juice/liquid and recons its much better. Also the juice can be split between PG and PV which is less harsh on your throat.

if you set up a standing order from vapestick, the price comes down to £6 for four, I too though pop the end off and refill them, as theres so many flavours 170 days tobacco free
