There seem to be flight lines and a specific area they like to feed. Problem is there is no cover. The only thing is a dead tree with no branches the kinda thing you see vulchers on in Africa. If a set up a hide there it would stick out like a sore thumb. Is it worth setting up a week before so the pigeons are used to it? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you applied your theory they would never leave there roost as fields are full of objects you could class as a hide...with a man in it! Made a comfortable back rest too Winter pigeons will be a bit more wary so a bit more dressing maybe a good idea so as to obscure any movement.
