lxtav
Why oh why did I decide to go Christmas shopping on a Saturday to get my wife's present. I changed jobs this year and went from working shifts to working weekdays 8am - 4pm so I have lost the great joy of being able to go to the shops during the week when everyone else is at work. I detest people who continue to look at stuff blocking the shop up even when you try to get past, politely say excuse me and they look at you as if you have two heads. I hate having to stand in a massive queue around the shop to get to a till and it really winds me up when someone stands there keeping a place in the queue while their pal goes off to finish their shopping so they can jump most of the queue when they finish. I know I could have gone online but its hard for it to be a surprise when the wife is in most of the day and would get handed it by the postman. Should have stuck to the petrol station on Christmas eve.
simonix
Buy her a spa day voucher. That way it just comes through the post like a letter - really discrete. And then when she gone for her day out, you can go shooting! ;-)
truflex
So what did you get her?
lxtav
So what did you get her? That would be telling but I expect lots of brownie point for it as she had dropped enough hints about it.

simonix
@chady, Think it might be a bit late for that. Think he's already married?! He has called her his "wife" Edited December 7, 2013 by simonix
lxtav
Engagement ring? Not when i've been married for 15 years. She also has an eternity ring so not that either.
