jay..............you and me and thousands of others mate!..............what about the National Rivers Auth'?, they have a web site. An ex customer of mine who retired last year arranges clay shoot days all over the country now with a friend who took redundancy from the same company, hasn't got enough hours in the day and enjoys it immensly, earns more money too! I've thought about it............but that's about as far as it got, for the time being.

bookmark this url it sometimes offers jobs which are shooting related http://www.csl.gov.uk/aboutcsl/jobs/vacancies.cfm

This lot were looking for mink trappers/controllers on North Uist http://roles.snhjobs.co.uk/applications/po...nities?OpenPage

Can't speak for North Uist, but those people on Benbecula and South Uist are a strange lot to say the least, but the land is beautiful.

have a look on there. its mainly ****e jobs, but worth checking now and then.

Iv just got a national diploma in countryside and wildlife management and still cant find work. There is talk of an underkeeper position i may be getting though!!

To be honest, i think you will need some kind of countryside qualification if you want a chance at these kind of jobs
