Help !! Confused

Tighten the screw up again and then back it off just a couple of turns. Then if you smartly tap the key you won't damage the almost fully engaged threads. Nor will the action shoot forward and possibly damage the stock. If the smart tap doesn't work then take it back whence it came and ask them to do it for you for the first time.

On the other hand, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Merry Christmas.

I allways leave the barrels on and when the bolt is loose hold the barrels and action and start slapping the stock gently and wiggle it a bit as you pull it off. But be careful they are meant to be a snug fit.

When you have removed it and are doing the bolt back up, don't over do it, a nip

Is all that's needed

Any reason you want to remove the stock on a new gun?

If you have unscrewed the Allen key, I am not sure why you would need to tap the Allen key. If it is unscrewed - hold the action in one hand - with the stock dangling below - give the pistol grip a firm nudge with the palm of your hand. The stock should come straight off. Needless to say - make sure their is a cushion under the stock so you don't knock if off onto a hard surface.
