Browning 425 clay hunter
Thank you baker boy, It's not been easy but I've stuck to my diet like poo to a rabbits backside. I'm still massively overweight at 19' 3 but it's much better than 20' 6. I hope to get down to 15 stone as I'm best man at a mates wedding in October and want to get in shape so I can have a chance if I have pop at a bridesmaid or two
Dazza9t9
Everyone seems to be doing very well with the weight loss, like baker boy I'm finding it hard at the mo. I like the idea of outting money in a pot for weight on. I might have to steal that idea Keep up the good work all
Dunkield
You could try writing down what you eat and drink each day and look back over it to work out where you are going wrong?
bakerboy
My problem is in activity and boredom at the moment due to not being able to get out, coupled with a few meet up's with long lost friends, shoot dinner and the PW meet up. Watch this space.

Aled
Stayed the same this week, still 14st 5lb (which under the circumstances i'm not sad about!), so plan a big effort in coming weeks! Cheers Aled
Dazza9t9
Another 2lbs off this week, that's 20lbs since Christmas. Pretty happy with that. It's defiantly slowing down

bakerboy
Well good news, I am back on track 2lb off this week so progress is being made. Slowly Slowly. Have we lost a few by the way side or have they lost so much weight they do not have the strength to get to the keyboard? No major food outings on the cards for a while so I might be able to get "right back" on track. Good luck to everyone else who are trying to lose weight, whether winning or losing at least you are doing something.

bakerboy
Only 1lb off this week, and that could be the difference between having a Tom Tit and not, so will call it a flat week and no change. Will keep on trying as I know everyone else is as well. Keep up the good works boys and girls. Terry
