1lbs on for me this week, I knew it was coming due to bad long weekend off. I thought it may have been more.

 

I started jogging again so hoping to shift a few more pounds over the next coming weeks.

 

Had two nights out planned before next weigh in so not expecting a great result next week.

 

It's a marathon not a sprint I keep telling myself.

I had 5 days at Center Parcs with the wife and kids and another family.

 

3lbs on, no surprise really, too much drink and food, working hard again this week.

Too easily done mate. The four day weekend cost me a 3lb increase, working hard to nail that back again! Will be weighing tomorrow to see if it was enough!

Weigh on for me. Maintained which I am extremely happy about. Shows my 2stone loss is accurate.

 

Got a few nights out planned this week so need to work hard in between to damage limitations.

 

Giving my self a 2lbs space which I know I will shift the week after.

 

Keep up the good work all. I think there is only a handful of us left.

Really struggling with the last 6lbs now!!! Lose a couple, BH weekend...put them back on! Lose a couple, a social weekend away, put them back on, repeat again for another BH weekend!

 

Net result is I'm still where I was last time I posted! Time to knuckle back down!

Well I caved in after 3 solid months of Atkins and had a dominos pizza to celebrate getting half way there to my target loss weight. Just another 2st 10lbs to go. To make up for it I went out on the bike for 9 hours over the next two days then rode to work Tuesday/Wednesday.

 

Hopefully buy weigh in day Monday I'll be back on track
