Dazza9t9 Posted March 27, 2014 Report Share Posted March 27, 2014 1lbs on for me this week, I knew it was coming due to bad long weekend off. I thought it may have been more. I started jogging again so hoping to shift a few more pounds over the next coming weeks. Had two nights out planned before next weigh in so not expecting a great result next week. Too easily done mate. The four day weekend cost me a 3lb increase, working hard to nail that back again! Will be weighing tomorrow to see if it was enough! Got a few nights out planned this week so need to work hard in between to damage limitations. Giving my self a 2lbs space which I know I will shift the week after. Keep up the good work all. This will be hard with a case of wine landing on the doorstep yesterday and the world cup coming up but we both feel we need to shed a stone or two. So here goes. Lose a couple, a social weekend away, put them back on, repeat again for another BH weekend! Net result is I'm still where I was last time I posted! Time to knuckle back down! Browning 425 clay hunter Posted May 8, 2014 Report Share Posted May 8, 2014 Well I caved in after 3 solid months of Atkins and had a dominos pizza to celebrate getting half way there to my target loss weight. Just another 2st 10lbs to go. To make up for it I went out on the bike for 9 hours over the next two days then rode to work Tuesday/Wednesday.
