I placed an order last Friday 3rd expecting delivery by Monday at the latest, advertising next day delivery!!, called on Thursday 9th Clive was to return call that day. Friday today 10 still no reply. Cancelled order asked for refund, when that arrives who knows. Businesses like this don't deserve to have my hard earned cash. He is a genuine guy & I would deal with him again, it's just that he does take along time to get back to people. All phone calls to him actuallly go through an agency & I now for a fact that they can SOMETIMES be a little slow on passing messages to Clive. Dougy Posted January 27, 2014 Author Report Share Posted January 27, 2014 Update, a further phone call this morning (that's around 10 calls plus emails sent) asking the call centre he employs to take his calls if he is still alive, and threatening legal action to recover my money ive just received confirmation from PayPal that I have a full refund. 4 weeks after nothing whatsoever from Ward optics. I'm sorry you're emails were in my spam box" I suppose together with my 10 un replied to phone calls.
