Steve_in_Devon
So we got a new puppy. He is a Westie cross dachshund. Dad was the Westie, Mom was the Dachshund. His name is George. Wife and kids love him to bits, so everyone is very happy. Well our Springer (age 8) is still warming up to him.
washerboy
Will get were **** can't go, could have fun keeping that above ground. I would invest in a locator system and a good spade

washerboy
Is it a £500 designer dog or an accident Looks a dog that could work to ground easily enough

JohnFreeman1310
We had a westie when I was a kid he was never trained as a working dog my mum had him given when she was a vets assistant and the owner stood on him and broke his leg and never came back for him long story short was a great family pet but get him in the fields and that was it if he could smell a rat he was getting it! In another note he was a scruffy little sod.
Steve_in_Devon
Is it a £500 designer dog or an accident Looks a dog that could work to ground easily enough He was a mistake, they people breed dogs and the had a miniutre daxie on heat and their westie got to her before they could get her to the stud dog. Springer is putting him in his place, but he is really a cheekly little thing. He discovered a cats is interisting but that paw can be dangerous. Has a good noise on him, and loves his food. Had to change the feed, he came with a 'puppy pack' of eukanuba. Gave him the runs, so we have put him onto Burns. Seems to be much better and sorted that out.
