Pigeon Paul
I took myself out of for an early evenings walk round one of my perms yesterday. It was a superb evening to be out. Clear skies and a slight breeze. I am really loving this little round. My main concern before buying was the noise but I am surprised to say that the rabbits seem to take less notice of the crack of the HMR, than they did of the slight click of my air rifle! All taken standing using a monopod between 60 & 100 yards.
Fisheruk
Yep, for some reason the super sonic crack doesn't spook them, they don't seem to know what is going on. I shot a couple of rabbits last weekend with my 223. After the first I was surprised the second one stayed around! I wanted the first one for fox bait. The second one was head shot for the pot. Looks like you had a really good evening out.

Underdog
Glad for you bud. I found out years ago a super sonic crack will give you just as many shots as you will with a silenced subbie 22 but some think I am nuts....I am nuts but not when it comes to shootin' rabbit U.
