Blackpowder
At the moment my allotment is still producing more courgettes than I can use or give away, made chutney(twice) and several side dishes but still they come. I have just been looking up marrow rum on several sites and found easy recipes but contradictory opinions of how good the brew is, some posters swear by it others swear at it. So anyone on pigeon watch make this, if so opinions please? Blackpowder
loriusgarrulus
Not made the rum, but marrows will store for quite a long time. Just the rind gets a bit harder to peel off as they age. Just store in cool dry place and check no damage to rind.

Turned out delicious, thoroughly recommend it.
