Maddaftspaniel
A few years ago on a day out in the borders I shot a left and right at woodcock. This is the picture that appeared in our shoot hut a few weeks later................................you need a sense of humour. browning123
Great picture, I joined the exclusive Shooting Times Woodcock Club in 1990 with a right and left in front of two witnesses - plenty of leg pulling though!

FOXHUNTER1
Great . I have only had the chance once , I dropped the 1st bird but unfortunately had a misfire on my 2nd shot. I have managed a right and left at snipe though which is more difficult in my opinion.

Guest rimotu66
Well done on your double, ive shot a few over the years (never a double) but dare I say I really don't want to shoot one again? Great sporting bird but when I pick one up and look in that big moon eye.... Maybe its time for me to stop shooting
