Interesting that you state you have little apathy and can remain unaffected by traumatic events, and you have also shown you have a deep fascination for this subject bordering on the obsessive.

Have you ever thought you may have a mild form of Asperger's syndrome?

I can't say I've ever considered having asperges, as I am not entire key sure what it is, I just consider myself to have an interest in some things others don't admit to , I have what many would deem an interest I'm the darker side if death , I have no desire to hurt people but am intrigued Bhutto what drives others to do so, I can't be alone otherwise the London dungeon wouldn't have expanded to Blackpool Edinburgh Munich York etc

What an odd thread. Interesting, but quite odd.

It is not so much your interest in the macabre Winston that Welsh1 was referring to, it is more your apathy towards people and not feeling empathy towards trauma that they feel, an emotional detachment if you like.

Those attributes are fairly common in autistic spectrum disorders of which aspergers syndrome belongs to. With some people the symptoms are really intense and with others very subtle.

Those who sit somewhere on the autistic scale tend to have deep enthusiasm for particular subjects, tend not to be able to easily identify with other people, they tend to be a bit more sensitive and interpret disagreement as criticism, they often feel a little bit outside of the pack or just that little bit odd compared to the majority and a whole host of other things too. They also tend to be very smart.

Nothing wrong with your interest in the macabre either. I am interested in people and sociology and how people react to the darker side of life is hugely interesting.

I personally Muzzle my dog,an American Bulldog so quite heavy and very strong, as it is aggressive with other dogs and has snapped at a couple of people, in certain unpleasant circumstances, but i have been on the receiving end of another dog attacking mine because its owner had no idea how to control a dog,I'm slightly ashamed to say i beat the dog senseless and if the owner had have got closer he might have received the same £182.00 for stitches to my dog and its only increased his distain for other dogs.

If all dogs were muzzled this scenario wouldn't have arisen.

You should bring that up if you have an interview for a sgc/fac......

Good thread............!!

i have no interest in the jihadi murders,(IMHO) its Judicial execution predominantly in GB that interests me, although i was quite intruiged by Frances last public guillotine execution which was witnessed by Christopher Lee, its a quick method if nothing else, but I'm not sure where i stand on the idea of executions been public, much more thought required me thinks.

If asked I wouldn't deny it,and for the record the police do a very thorough investigation into past errors in life,so i think the public are quite safe from me as expressed above"I have no desire to hurt people but am intrigued " do try to keep up

when people are angry, is it because mummy didn't love them? wife's left them or can people just be born angry and pathetic? what drives people to derive pleasure from been unpleasant to others? bullied at school? inferiority complex? just what drives these poor people?is this off topic?
