Underdog
My squirrel is in the oven but amazingly I got a request for two for some city girl to try! This don't happen very often so I nipped out for two more.I do them in the field, skin and gut. It is way easier to do them warm. Just take a bag!I tested the zero and ammo again. The 25grn nonsense curls left somewhere past 50yds!The Remington 40grn soft point, my current fave penetrated over 8" of turf @100!But then I dug the bullet up and realised why!No expansion! These are tough! I acknowledge soil is a bad test medium but usually nice soft lead lr bullets expand a treat in it!Hmmm, maybe not ideal!Got go check the oven, smells good U.Oops, title should be Squirrels! Cut between the tail and A hole. Around the hams. Use the tail to pull the skin away. Pretty straight forward from there. U.

Tasty when cooked :-). Welldone U, nice shooting.
