bakerboy
If you can see where the terminal blades are, (black and red wires) move either up or down. This always used to change the speed, I have not seen the A1 magnets to confirm this. Failing this contact Oscar@A1 on the forum, I have always found Oscar very helpful

lakeside1000
I have one of these, bought it about a year ago and use it most weeks, I use a pair of Hypa-flaps on it simply because keeping the weight down on the arms increases the battery life, on the 7 amp battery they supplied it will run for between 3 and 4 hours at a reasonable speed, as with all these gadgets somedays they bring in the birds and some days they dont, but its a good tool to have in the arsenal. so far no breakdowns or problems. I also use 3 of their flappers, 2 turbos and an early simple one, excellent value and build quality for the price. Just wondered if any you guys got one and what you think of it?? You would have been better off asking this question before you bought the magnet. stockybasher
Yea I Thought it tad slow.. is there a way of speeding it up? Yes. On mine on the motor there are 5 connector stubs, set in 2 sections, one with 2 connectors, the other has 3. Put your leads on the extreme outside connectors and you will find quite a big difference
