mossy835
if the top lever goes over center to the left,is it time to get it fixed or is it ok, for a few more years.
fenboy
As long as the action tight between the barrels a breech it will be ok , if things are loose get it sorted.
Gordon R
Take the forend off and waggle the barrels. Any play - get it tightened up.
bostonmick
It's normally a sign that things are wearing. I would get it looked at by a proper gunsmiths. The earlier it is sorted the cheaper in the long run.Atb
Scully
I don't think any of my OU's top levers are right of centre. It's never been an issue and certainly wouldn't stop me buying one. Take it to your local gunsmith if you're concerned.
Gunman
It is not necessarily a cause of concern . Having said that it could be indication of wear ,heavy use , misuse or possibly bad repair work . It is impossible to say without knowing what sort of gun it is , the type of lever work fitted and physical examination .
