NorfolkAYA Posted April 4, 2015 Report Share Posted April 4, 2015 I bought a brand new iphone 6 today, got home everything was sweet, but now I can't swipe to unlock it. Anyone ever experienced this. I can't even restore it on iTunes cus can't get to my password screen. I have tried hard rebooting it but this hasn't worked either . ******* useless piece of ****!!!!! Took it back to the shop and they just pulled the back off the phone and took the battery out for 10 seconds ,put the battery back and hey presto it has been fine .
