Buy one from, say, your local RFD (he might have to order it) and it'll be stamped 'Hull Cartridge Co'. Buy it from the Sportsman and it won't although it may be cheaper. As it will not have come via the Official UK importer, it may pay to check on warranty before parting with your dosh.

The are an amazing rifle. The rolls royce of rimfire.

My .17 has the hull cartridge stamp.

What calibre are you after?

Have you tried guntrader?

Been looking on various site for the last couple of weeks,

after both .22 and 17HMR which ever comes up first will decide on whether remaining one will also be HW

Did you buy new or S/H

I missed out a couple of weeks back on one of the other forums because renewal and variation was still underway and I didn't want to interfere with the guys sale, even though he offered to save it for me, needless to say it sold relatively quickly..... **** law is what usually occurs so will just keep searching and try to resist the urge to buy new.....

latest version is the HW66 .22 Production which is in a sporter stock at £529 and again in .17 HMR at £602 prices quoted at Sportsman Gun Centers,

Swillington are closest to me and .22 listed at £535 hence reason for not wanting to pay close to that for a used one when can have a new for just a little more

Can only find them in Sportsman Gun Centers,

does anyone up North deal with them.... might be treating myself to a new one if no "used" ones appear for sale

McAvoy stock the HW66 - I'm not sure if it's exactly what you want, but a phone call won't hurt - they can probably order one if you want something different:-

That's the HW66 Jagd-Match version at £750 with match barrel and fancy stock, but like you say a call might be worth inquiring on the HW66 "Production" model prices
