shootgun
Been out stalking again after a short break, due to other commitments, and after quite a difficult stalk through the woods, i've got this nice 4 pointer. Well pleased, not necessarily because of the quality of the buck, but is the 4th one in four outings on my new ground.

bumpy22
good numbers on a new patch well done. most of mine are taken off small farms so virtually impossible to put cull plans into place but nice to have a decent area to put it together

Had one yesterday just couldn't get a safe shot through the tree's. Always next time

Underdog
That is a nice photo bud by the way. My mate used .270 for years, even foxing with me. As soon as he got a 22-250 because plod did not like him using the 270 at night the scores on Charlie have gone down! Old Bertha as we call it never failed! I'm using the .270 for foxing as well, the 110grains Hornady V-Max are devastating I'm extremely happy with the caliber, so far all i saw in the scope after pulling the trigger were feet dangling in the air

For deer, all i use now is 130gr Barnes TSX (Sako Powerhead)
