well todays exiting challenge was a bit of a sad one as my dog died in the night so my first job was to bury him in the garden, but still cracked on with bonni just to take my mind of things. still very pleased with what id got done, massive trial and error challenge. will put more pictures on tomorrow when i have time, me thinks its time to go out in a bit and drown my sorrows, this is the end result.

Your axles look fine, but I wouldn't give your ratchet house room.

whats wrong with my draper wrench, think i will treat myself to something better for next project, but up to press they have been fine. :good:

Looks ok to me...........are you getting a new set of rims/wheels..?

all my tools are top quality Machinemart.. ....and Lidl's...........

yes new tyres not sure about wheels yet, im hoping my old ones will come up ok but i doubt they will, and i want them to be spot on so its maybe new unless i can find a decent second hand set and have them refurbed, i wil have to do some costings on that, and as someone pointed out many many pages ago they might not even be the rite size wheel for the vehicle,

well hopefully im having the bulkhead welded on thursday, then the engine really needs sorting, thats my next mile stone engine and gearbox looking at and painted and sat it its rightful place :):)

I remember the first pictures of chassis - looked long and slim. Big difference with running gear on. Looks shorter and chunkier.

your right gordon it does, back when certain naughty people tried to make me think id gone and got myself a 109 chassis :lol:
