How to adjust the bolt handle position to avoid the eyepiece?

I've a new scope with a wider diameter eyepiece which will not clear the bolt handle.

What are the tips and tricks to adjust the bolt position so as to allow the bold handle position to clear the eyepiece?

The Stainless Steel bold handle is fixed (read welded and nicely flowed in and polished) to the bolt on this Parker Hale

Is this a home job or a gunsmith job?

Any thoughts from the PW massive.......

The dear old gun has a bolt handle of a slightly odd shape and not a curve for any scope. I had a very old scope with a tiny eyepiece on and it was a bit iffy before, any new scope is a problem....... I will change the mounts first but to me the bolt handle need a warm up and reshape.

I can see too much of the moderator at low power in the scope when rested on the gun so it's mount change first.

Thanks for the replies.

Anyone got any Leupold standard (the ones for windage adjustment) mounts in "High" and for a 30mm scope tube?
