matone
How far behind is harvest around the country ? We`re about a month behind normal up here in the North, just wondered how other areas are fairing !
WelshMike
About 2 months behind here in some cases (mid wales). Last year pretty well all the corn was cut by the end of July. There is the odd field of wheat still waiting for the combine to get going.
la bala
I was looking at a field of wheat still standing this morning.

matone
Certainly sounds as if the southern parts have had a lot of rain.2 month behind must be really bad Welshmike. Thanks for your observations so far !
Euget123
Were way behind two! All the spring barley still waiting to come in! Hoping itll be this week!
matone
Pigeons will be doing well with as much choice still available ! Not surprising they`re proving hard to find in numbers for many people. They`re still favouring standing peas with me but now there`s wheat & barley being sown along with plenty stubbles,so they have options. A good weeks weather should see a difference I guess !
