WinchesterDave
was out before with my new lens testing it out and captured this little guy. Cannot find anything on the rspb as to what it might be. Maybe a Yellowhammer?

chrisjpainter
they are charmingly pretty li'l fellas aren't they. The farm over which I shoot has really bucked the trend with farmland breeders. The Yellowhammer population has really grown in the last five years, and we had lapwings breed up here - first time in my life and I'm 29!
