winnie&bezza
Watched new Jurassic world last night and witnessed probably the most macho thing I'll ever see! Main star riding his motorbike through the forest with a scoped underlever across his back and four velociraptors (trained by him) running in front to go and track down the big genetically modified predator on the loose. A true wish that was me moment ha. Sounds OTT but worth a watch.
brett1985
it is a good film... I was thrilled after I saw it. it pays some honourable mentions to the first film and I think that's what made it for me. the whole last scene is brilliant. brett1985
Thats why i didn't watch it, sounds dumb as a brick. its about dinosaurs... lol you have to get past the fact that its not at all accurate and then just enjoy the special FX, storyline, and the work that's gone in to create it. yes, its ridiculous, but it makes for some very good watching. EDIT: plus, I have no affliction to sitting and watching Bryce dallas howard for a couple of hours.... she is smoking hot. Scully
Thats why i didn't watch it, sounds dumb as a brick. It's switch off and chill out great entertainment; that's what blockbusters are all about. Suspend your disbelief and simply enjoy. And as said, the main female lead is worth it. My kids go to the pictures with their mates nowadays but I have a 24 year old nephew with learning disabilities and he still loves the movies, so I take him. Great stuff. Nice one. As stated, it has some nice touches referring to first film which I loved. In not into big special effects with no story but I do like a monster movie. winnie&bezza
That's one film that I just haven't got to finish all the way through as it seems it's always on late and I get too tired ha. The first alien is by far my favourite.
craftycarper
Ridley scott is supposedly starting filming a new alien movie in Australia shortly....hope its better than the last few outings, 2nd alien was the best by far in my opinion
winnie&bezza
Yeah crafty I think that's the sequel to Prometheus called alien: paradise lost, which I've got a feeling is going to be good. I really liked the 2nd alien but I prefer the quiet, chilling atmosphere of the 1st. I just find the whole creation of alien clever and you can really use your imagination. Scully
I bought Prometheus some time ago and have watched it twice; I still don't get it.

Thought it was totally unrealistic rubbish. What insurance company would offer the required public liability cover after the events of the first film? Prometheus was good, though.
