phaedra1106
Sold as Nikko Sterling C-More or Sightmark, usual mid range Chinese scope, if you get a decent one then great.
Breastman
Once you go over 10x zoom, especially a variable zoom scope IMO you need to start paying the big bucks (for firearm type range). If you just want big magnification at closer range (<100m) crack on
Savhmr
Looks similar to a Falcon, and is priced similar to a Falcon (the old version, 4-14 Falcon Menace). For similar money, this is a better bet: http://www.uttings.co.uk/p120461-falcon-optics-4-18x44-ffp-menace-rifle-scope-m14/#.VjJIn7fhBD9 It's the newer version and carries a number of improvements over the older version PLUS is a first focal plane design, very rare at this price. It is also very good optically at 18x mag, unlike every other scope I've tried in the budget to mid range price point. You can buy direct from Falcon too. I have the above scope on my 308, and its astonishing value and optically very good indeed. Edited October 29, 2015 by Savhmr
oowee
I like the look of this scope.
Savhmr
Looks like you have a biit of trade interest here? No, not at all. I am only recommending on my own experiences with the scope...why would you assume otherwise? It's impressed me, yes, but a trade interest? Do me a favour! LeadWasp
So Sav...if you couldn't buy a Falcon what else would you recommend?
Savhmr
I'd have to say I'd need to spend an awful lot more money to get what I personally wanted out of a scope. I only tried the Falcon out of curiosity knowing that I could send it back if disappointed. I have a few here including Leupolds which are ok (but nothing special in the models I have) but tbh, at the mid range I'd probably look at Sightron Siii or else save the pennies for Schmidt & Bender.
